**For Monthly and Annual Membership-based products, we have a cancel-anytime policy.  However, we do not offer a refund for monthly or annual recurring memberships or subsequent renewals.  If you choose to cancel your monthly or annual membership, you will no longer be billed going forward. Users will have access to their membership product until the end of the billing cycle (for monthly memberships, it will be until the end of the 30-day billing cycle, and for annual memberships, until the end of the annual billing cycle).

 **For Individual Course Purchases - Due to the proprietary information and exclusive training techniques found in our online training courses, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it is determined that a customer after purchase of any of our digital online training courses has watched in full or any portion exceeding 25% of the material presented within the training. Please do not click, scroll, fast forward, and/or skip through the video lessons, as the software used to track your progress will assume you have watched the material. If you are unsure if the training material is right for you, please STOP WATCHING and contact us immediately so we can help you determine if the online product you bought is the right one for you - before you go beyond the 25% video lesson viewing threshold and are no longer eligible for a refund.
