Digital Product Refunds (Courses, Bundles, Videos)

Any digital product purchased from DIYK9.com, such as courses, bundles, or individual training videos, is backed by our 30-day, no-questions-asked Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, simply request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: Our course platform (Kajabi) allows us to track each user’s activity and progress within the course. This helps us maintain the integrity of our content and provide better support to our customers.

 

Membership Products (Monthly, Annual, and Premium)

We offer a cancel-anytime policy on all recurring memberships. However, we do not offer refunds for any membership payments or their renewals. If you cancel your Monthly, Annual, or Premium membership, you will no longer be billed moving forward.

You will retain access to your content for the remainder of your current billing cycle:
Monthly or Premium = access until the end of the 30-day billing cycle
Annual = access until the end of the annual term.

 

Chargebacks, Disputes, and Course Access

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, access to all purchased course(s) will be immediately revoked. We reserve the right not to reinstate access, even if the chargeback is later reversed. Live Seminars & In-Person Training

All payments, including deposits, for seminars or in-person training events are non-refundable, and all sales are final. By purchasing access to these events, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. The content delivered during our live seminars and trainings is the exclusive intellectual property of our organization. No part of these events may be recorded, copied, filmed, or distributed in any form without prior written consent.In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to adjust the event schedule, offer a reschedule option, or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

 

If you're unable to attend after registering, you may request to:

 

  • Transfer your seat to another person (with prior written notice and approval), or
  • Receive credit toward a future event or any of our digital products.

 

While we stand by our no-refund policy, we’re committed to doing what’s right. Our team will always strive to provide ample notice, clear communication, and reasonable solutions to ensure you’re taken care of even when the unexpected happens.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

Our online store offers refunds (no exchanges) on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. No RMA is required, just include your receipt. We do not accept items showing signs of use or alteration.

 

Non-refundable items include food, treats, supplements, crates, personalized products, and clearance items. Returns can be initiated via your online account and will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Abuse of Refund Policies
